At My Bathsheba, each piece is thoughtfully selected and prepared with care. We are committed to ensuring your experience reflects the quality and intention of the House.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your piece may already be in preparation and cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our garments and for hygiene considerations, we do not accept general returns for change of mind. However, we will always make it right if there is an issue with your order.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• You receive an incorrect piece
• Your item arrives damaged or defective

In these cases, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos if applicable.

Sizing Support

Many of our pieces are designed with flexible or one-size silhouettes. We strongly recommend reviewing the Fit section on each product page before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing prior to purchase, we are happy to assist.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement piece
• Store credit
• A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days within the United States and 10–30 business days internationally. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. In some cases, items may arrive in separate packages.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each piece is carefully prepared, and many garments are intimate in nature. We encourage reviewing all product details prior to purchase.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

Please refer to the Fit section on each product page for guidance. If you need help before purchasing, we are happy to assist you in selecting the best fit.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

We will make it right. Please contact us within 15 days with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority.

Can I cancel my order?
